Education Criteria

Master’s in Business Management/ Agribusiness Management/ Social Work/ Economics/ MSc. Agri & Allied

Work Experience Criteria

  • At least 6 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience

Essential Experience

  • Implementation, Coordination and Monitoring of a large-scale livelihoods programme / business enterprise at least at the District Leadership Level
  • Leading a team of at least 10 professional staff. Team management and supervision of district and block teams.
  • Experience in promoting enterprises, rural marketing, rural finance, enterprise financing, marketing support and service delivery in farm/ non-farm sector.

Desired Experience, Attributes & Skills

  • Experience in promoting Producer Collectives,
  • Experience in community-based programs and participatory planning
  • Executing partnership with Government departments, private sector players, financial institutions, and other such stakeholders.
