Notice for Written Test for candidates shortlisted for UPSRLM Recruitment 

Based on the applications received online from candidates and eligibility criteria defined by UPSRLM for each position, applications have been screened and candidates have been provisionally shortlisted to attend the written test. The Position Wise Final list of candidates shortlisted is given below. 

Call letters have been sent to all Shortlisted candidates to attend the written test via email on the email address provided by the candidates in their online application form.

Those candidates who have been shortlisted and do not receive the call letter may collect a duplicate call letter on the day of the written test at the venue, before the start of the written test. Such candidates should bring a valid photo id (Driving license, voter-id, PAN Card, Ration card, passport, aadhar card, etc.) along with two recent coloured passport size photographs. No duplicate call letter would be issued without a valid photo-id.

No candidate would be allowed to enter the examination hall without the Call Letter.

    • The written test would consist of 60 multiple-choice objective questions.
    • The question paper would consist of two sections or parts.
    • Part A – This would consist of questions from the domain for which the candidate is appearing for. For example, for the domainof Micro Finance and Financial Inclusion – the questions would be related to micro finance and financial inclusion programmes, and the challenges of execution of such programmes. The candidate is expected to have a sound understanding of the nature of various micro-finance programmes, issues/ challenges in executing and managing these programmes at various levels.
    • Part B – This would consist of questions related to quantitative analytical ability, data interpretation, comprehension, reasoning, computer knowledge and knowledge aboutgeneral rural development programmes and issues.
