Action for Social Advancement (ASA) is a NGO head quartered at Bhopal and working for the livelihoods improvement of rural poor in over 3000 villages in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, UP and Orissa since 1996. Manager – Organic Certification (01)

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. agriculture from reputed Institute. Having experience of managing organic certification.

Experience: Minimum seven years of relevant experience in organic certification. Managing field audit, maintaining MIS and report writing and coordination with certification body.


      ·         The person shall be responsible for coordinating with the field team for managing ICS, documentation of ICS, coordinate external (third party) and internal audit, MIS and compliance. He/she will point of contact with certification body to ensure organic certification.

Manager- Supply Chain (01)

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture, MBA in Agribusiness from reputed Institute

Experience : Minimum 8 years of  experience in Managing supply chain management of Agri produces, Experience in in -out ward market linkages on Agri commodities and managing stake holders.

      ·         Market linkages of both conventional and/or organic agriculture commodities and linking Agri inputs and managing both local and institutional traders.

Coordinator – FPO Accounts  / Sr. Accountant

Education: B. Com/M. Com and maintaining accounts in Tally/ERP


Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field

      ·         Coordinate between FPO and Head Office Accounts Department and FPOs. Prepare and monitor books of account, year-end books for audit and tax compliances. Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations,  Process vendor payments and check requests, Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned, Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule, Ensure Timely Statutory payments and proper governance required as per Law.

Manager – Institutional Collaboration

Education: Master’s in any discipline (MBA/MSW/RD) from reputed Institute.


Experience: Minimum 8 of years’ experience in liasoning with government departments both in state and district level. Also having experience in coordinating in different  forum/consortium of CSOs and institutions/universities

      ·         The person shall be responsible for coordinating with different government departments at both district and state level. He/she has to coordinate different forum/consortium of CSOs and institutions/universities as a secretariat. He/she will be responsible for developing different reports, survey. mid-end term  evaluation report.
