Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

VimoSEWA

1. Overall management of VimoSEWA—all services, financial management, human resources management, research and development of new products and services.
2. Leading and managing new initiatives and projects for strengthening and expansion of VimoSEWA’s work.
3. Conceptualising and developing different innovative processes, designing products and strategies for efficient operation and upscaling of VimoSEWA’s work.
4. Assisting the board in formulation of policies, preparing the annual and longer-term business plan and implementing strategy for viable expansion of the VimoSEWA’s work in different states of India.
5. Ensuring timely reporting to donors, regulators and all statutory compliances.
6. Hiring new staff in VimoSEWA in accordance with the cooperative’s bye-laws.
7. Providing regular information to the VimoSEWA Board on all progress, operations and finances of the VimoSEWA Cooperative,  presenting the draft annual report, financial statements and budgets to the board  for approval.
8. Performing such other duties as specified in the bye-laws of VimoSEWA Cooperative.
9. Leading the visioning exercises of VimoSEWA from time to time.
10. Undertaking all external communication, maintaining of partnerships.
11. Ensuring that social media systems and website of VimoSEWA are  in place and updated regularly.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. At least 12-15 years of direct experience in financial services
2. Demonstrated experience leading and building cohesive, high performing teams
3. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
4. Comfortable in a fluid environment, self-directed, flexible and creative
