Education: Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering/Science or PG Degree/PG Diploma in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering/ Science /Agribusiness Management/Rural Development/Rural Management/Marketing Management/Development Studies/Social Work Experience: ● 3 years of work experience in On-boarding, servicing, collections, client management, portfolio management, aggregation of farmers for value chain linkages etc, through the Co-operative network. ● Team Management. Should have handled Business correspondence model. The candidate must have prior experience trading agricultural commodities. |

Relationship Manager-(02) for Primary Agri commodity Trading & Value chain |
Education: Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering/Science or PG Degree/PG Diploma in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering/ Science /Agribusiness Management/Rural Development/Rural Management/Marketing Management/Development Studies/Social Work Experience: ● 3 years of work experience in a good amount of trade volume of primary commodities in the assigned region. ● Should be well versed in the trading of secondary commodities along with the primary commodities prevalent in the region. ●Should have a strong network of big buyers, processors for the market linkage activities. Should have a strong network of supplier source of agri commodities Well versed in terms of understanding the market dynamics, price movements, quality specifications related to the Agri commodities in the assigned region. ●Well versed in Agri -commodity brokers engagement and trade finance. Working knowledge of credit cycle. Know- how of complete Agri value chain spectrum. ● Proficient in quality parameters of the primary and secondary Agri commodities in the assigned region. The candidate must have prior experience trading agricultural commodities. |
